Shipping policy

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked and signed. Please note that as each item is made to order by Charlotte in our studio in England, it may take up to 6 weeks for your order to be dispatched. 

If you need your order sooner, we offer an option to "Rush My Order" at checkout. By selecting this option your order will be dispatched within 4 weeks of ordering.

We also ship to a few countries world wide however have had to pause shipping to Europe due to new legislations. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for any customs or tax fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
