RETURNS TO TTS
If for any reason you need to return an item to Thread the Spool, please note that the return shipping costs will be paid for by yourself and must be returned with tags and within 14 days of delivery.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely and this must be paid for by yourself.
Please keep in mind that all our products are made to order and sometimes are customized to your specific measurements and preferences. If your order has been made to your own measurements this cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the order has been made to standard measurements this can be exchanged or your garment can be amended to fit you.
POSTAGE + SHIPPING
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and are sent First class; signed. This will mean someone will need to be there to accept the parcel.
You will receive a tracking number on your order when this has been dispatched.
All orders outside the UK may have customs and tax to be paid when your parcel reaches you. This is not paid by Thread the Spool and will need to be paid by you; the customer.
