Refund policy
As we are a made to order business we do not offer refunds however we are happy to exchange your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and must be done within 14 days of delivery. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
Please keep in mind that all our products are made to order and sometimes are customized to your specific measurements and preferences. If your order has been made to your own measurements this cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the order has been made to standard measurements this can be exchanged or your garment can be amended to fit you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
