All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked and signed. Please note that as each item is made to order by Charlotte in our studio in South Yorkshire, it may take up to 6 weeks for your order to be dispatched. However, if you purchase an item from our "Ready to Buy" section, it will be sent within 2 weeks.

If you need your order sooner, we offer an option to "Rush My Order" at checkout. By selecting this option, we guarantee that your order will be delivered within 4 weeks.

We also ship to almost every country worldwide. However, please be aware that we do not take responsibility for any customs or tax fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you need to return an item to Thread the Spool, please note that the return shipping costs will be paid for by yourself. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

Please keep in mind that all our products are made to order and customized to your specific measurements and preferences. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, only exchanges.
