Why do I have to wait up to 6 weeks for my garment to be dispatched?
This is because all garments are made to order. Each order is measured, cut by hand, sewn, pressed, boxed and taken to the post office. This is to ensure no overstock is created and each Ruffle is crafted with the same magic and love as the next. This also allows for any amendments to be made to the standard sizing.
Need the dress earlier?
Please email or message via Instagram if you are thinking of ordering a dress but you'd need it to arrive sooner. We will always try to help where we can and there is the option to select "Rush my order" at the shipping page, your order will then be dispatched within 4 weeks.
Ordering from outside the UK?
Everything is posted First Class, signed for.
Please be aware once your garment leaves the post office we cannot be responsible for any other charges or fees. This will need to be paid by yourself.
How do I care for a Thread the Spool garment?
Please take care with your garments. We recommend dry cleaning your garments or hand wash to ensure the fabric is not damaged. If you hand wash, dry your garment flat and iron inside out on a medium heat.
What bra do you recommend with the silhouettes?
Bandeau style bras work best under the elasticated bust Ruffles. They sit on the same bust line as the dresses and they're super comfy.
Can I return my order if it isn't right for me?
As each garment is made to order, we do not offer refunds. If your order arrives and you wish to return the item please email email@example.com and an exchange can be arranged.
