The Frances Ruffle has an elasticated bust flowing into the ruffle hem. The standard length for the Frances Ruffle Midi is 43 inches from under the arm to the hem. The dress features spaghetti straps that tie at the shoulder. The Frances is also available in Mini.
Why not add a bow to the back of your dress by heading to the “Bows” sections and adding a “Dress Bow” to your basket.
