The Winnie Ruffle is a midi dress with an elasticated neckline with or without a ruffle collar. A Gathered waist line flowing into the ruffle hem. It has long, ruffle sleeve with gathered shoulders.
This dress is designed for an oversized fit however if you would like it to be more fitted - you could order a belt to pull in the waist.
This is made from a floral, cotton, needlecord.
