The Eloise Dress has a round neckline with a tie fastening at the neck. An oversized, waist seam flowing into a full skirt with a mini ruffle. It has short, elasticated sleeves with a gathered shoulder seam. Please note the Eloise dress is designed to have an oversized fit.
